Welcome to the 2020/2021 Season! We continue to move forward with our plan to play, and will be updating information regarding the league and tournament play regularly.
If you haven't done so already, please register your son for the season. We cannot roster him if he doesn't complete registration:

We are starting to schedule practice sessions, so please check your email. Coaches will be reaching out and letting you know times and location. We have yet to be allowed back into our WFB gyms, so it's important for you to double check where we are practicing each week.
We continue to follow the safety protocols he had for tryouts, and will follow the WIAA guidelines for safe play throughout the season. You will be asked to sign multiple waivers as a part of the registration process.
Also note that additional safety protocol for season play will be fluid, including rules set forth by each individual facility. While much of our safety measures will follow those set by the WFB school district, we will adhere to the guidelines set by each facility and community, respectfully.
Welcome to the Jr Dukes Boys Basketball website. Please check back here regularly to find important information about team rosters, schedules, coaches, Skills and Drills events, tournaments and more.
Please note that we are currently navigating the club during an "interim" period, given the pandemic. We will continue to update this site as new developments arise. Thank you for your patience!
In the meantime, be sure to follow us on Facebook for updates and announcements!
One very good option for tracking shooting as well as to get ideas for skill workouts is the Homecourt App.
Silver Level: 7,500+ shots made, or 75 hours working on non-shooting skills
Platinum Level: 20,000+ shots made, or 200 hours working on non-shooting skills
All players should strive to spend time both shooting and working on non-shooting related skills. Both areas are critical for player development, and should be done year-round.
Reward levels ideally will be earned through:
1. Shots made
or
2. Hours spent on non-shooting skills
In order to be inclusive, if a player wants to do a combination (e.g. infrequent access to a hoop), then shooting hours can be added to non-shooting hours
PLEASE DOWNLOAD YOUR TRACKERS BELOW!
NOTE: Game time (e.g. Summer School League or AAU games) or Team Practice time should not be included
During "Safer at Home," our good friend and trainer, Joe Chapman, continues to offer virtual trainings and workouts. Many do not require a hoop, helping those limited with space and equipment. The trainings are affordable and fun, and are a great way to keep young players engaged, active and having fun! Jr. Blue Dukes Basketball is a feeder program for the Whitefish Bay High School boys basketball program. We are a select basketball club for boys who either live in Whitefish Bay or attend a Whitefish Bay public or parochial school.
Looking for some workouts you can do on your own? Here's one on shooting and dribbling that can be done when you have some downtime (and you've finished your homework).
